JOHN LEWIS I HAVE FINISHED MESSING. this is Sinatra move as Chess fans call it
Good morning Michael
Thank you for your further emails.
Please advise if you have the PIN Number in order to unlock the phone.
If we are unable to inspect the phone for the fault you have claimed is present we will send it back to you as a 'no fault' found item. It would then be up to you prove the fault exists with an independent report.
I'm trying to save you time and inconvenience by asking for you to provide the means to unlock the phone and perform the testing needed to discover the fault, however so far you've been unwilling to do so.
From the looks of the phone lock screen someone has clearly attempted to unlock the phone and not input the correct PIN number on several occasions. This screen condition was documented upon the phones arrival at our technical support desk with images and case notes.
Please confirm the Pin Number or if you want us to manually factory reset the device. If I'm not presented with your choice I will send the Mobile Phone back to you and close the case.
Kind regards

Good afternoon Michael,
Thank you for your email addressed to Peter Ruis. Peter has asked that I reply on his behalf.
I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with the mobile phone. I have checked your online account using both emails that you have provided us with -
The order was placed on the 18th of May 2026, and was delivered on the 19th to your local collection point.
As the phone has been opened and used, it's outwith the return period. However, we are keen to look into the issues for you and have this resolved.
For us to assist you, you can take this into your local branch; this does not need to be you that does this, a friend or family member can assist you. The alternative would be for you to box it up and we can arrange collection.
Whichever option you feel is best, the phone will then be sent for inspection and a possible repair.
Please let me know which option is more suitable telephone number that we can reach you on to keep you updated.
My normal working hours are Tuesday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. You can reach me by replying to this email or calling me on 01698 545 054.
With thanks,
Faith
