I managed to hurt my back yesterday, a reoccurring problem since 2008/9
and With heavy storms brewing my Tinnitus percolates too
So I'm here now
I've been abusing Meta AI and Gemini in the night
If I cannot sleep due to my tinnitus then AI is a distraction
